Moving togheter is healing when we can feel safe and explore, move and breath in our own pace and own way. In my classes I always share the therapeutical benefits of each movement and give you space to connect deepely to your muscles, connecting tissues and the nervous system. You are welcome if you never done yoga before or simply want to explore this ancient practive in a more physiotherapeutical way.​

Begin your day conecting to your body & breath with the endless sea infront of you. Every class begins with a gentle landing and yoga philosophy. Then we continue this journey with gentle movements connected to our own pace of breathing and end with a guided relaxation and meditation. I will guide you through every step but the aim is for you to connect to your unique way of moving the body and to breathe with it in your own pace. Come as you are & bring a feeling of healing & peace with you through the rest of your day.
