Healing moms
This is a project created by moms to support moms and I am happy to support it.
In this project I share my experiences of healing my self and supporting mothers to heal after a pregnancy. Its about the physical, hormonal and emotional healing happening after giving birth. How can we support it and how can we stay tuned to our own intuition in this informative world.

Retreat in Sinai 22-27 June
We invite you to join us for a special journey with Yoga therapy and Sound healing in the oasis The Arts & Wellness House in Kerem HaTeimanim. We'll go through the sunset with Yoga therapy guided by physiotherapist and yogini Malin, sharing knowledge tools tecnhiques to optimize healing, addressing physical, mental and emotional well-being through tailored exercises, increased by body awarness and mind conection. By her side a very special musician Tal Arad, playing and healing body, mind and soul with his guitar and bansuri.
The session is open and safe for all levels and we'll wait for you with open hearts, ready to heal individualy and togehter in this beautiful place created by our welcoming host Juliette.

Yoga healing cermonies

Last days of this year and time to reflect. A very special year full of healing and traumas. I wish to give myself some time to center. But also to give us a chance gather and do this together. I wanne give you all a chance to join so I'll invite you!
Monday morning 8-9 on Geula beach, TLV, for a soft morning flow with sharing and a cermonial dip in the sea.
Tuesday evening 7.30-9 in our new home at Yonah HaNavi 20 for another session with sharing and tea.

O-la-la Summer circle 15th july
O-lal-a is a support group for woman in Tel Aviv founded by Sapir Goldstof. It invites women from all the world to share a space where we support and inspire each other through social media but also in real life. On the 15th of july we invite all members (old and new) to an evening to enjoy the sunset, yoga, meditate and share from the heart.
